Great bedroom, excellent bathroom with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. The breakfast is simple, but good with the fresh croissants and home made cake. The staff are amazingly nice and accommodating, thank you for the help. Stunning, marvellous setting near to Hop Off and Sao Bento train station and the centre.

I was met by accommodating and welcoming staff at the reception. Booked a room with kitchenette. The breakfast had lots of options: fresh bread and cheese. Everything was simply very clean.

The breakfast was gorgeous, the staff was cool, the grounds were clean. The bed was extremely comfy and it was great having adequate storage, iron and ironing board, and electric outlets.

Liked my stay, it was superb, the service was HELPFUL. Pleasant location, 15 minutes' walk to well perserved walls. Had very quick check-in experience and the staff was humble. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.
Facilities were fantastic, even so internet connection was low.

Staff and location made the stay such great. Walking distance to a supermarket and a shopping area across the street. Rooms with a homey decor. Late check-out too.

Tidy and just fantastic place. My budget double room was beautifully decorated with climate control and a work desk. The staff was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and the building was new. Wonderful location near a 76m-high tower. Hotel was good small, I liked it.
